About Seconds Out Boxing Gym
A boxing room in Beckenham, established in 2020, centres its operations around a large amateur fight team. The gymnasium features a full-sized boxing ring and numerous heavy bags. Coach James Lindley oversees a programme designed to develop fighters, from foundational skills through to competition readiness. Strength and conditioning equipment is also available on site.
Adults can join dedicated streams for boxing fitness, skills development, or competitive amateur boxing. The programme includes specific classes for ladies and masters, alongside kids' boxing.
